Daniel's Art Opening

After a long, trying day at work David and I met up and went to my great friend Daniel Rechelbacher's art opening. Great food, great wine, great art!
Didn't take a lot of photos, but here are a few.

Shoot

I did a shoot yesterday for a lovely man named Sanders McNew. He is doing an amazing portrait series (artistic nude style) that highlights eccentricities and perhaps even abnormalities in women; i.e. true beauty. The project has lasted 4 years thus far, and is working towards a published book based on his findings and artistic endeavors regarding the series. As soon as I get some of the photos, i'll post them.

I have a few shoots set up for the next couple weeks, but his was definitely worth noting. I'll keep you updated.

Queens Zoo

Queens Zoo is by far the best zoo i've been to. We still have two more zoos to check out before I can make up my mind for sure! We found the NYC Hall of Science on our way, so we'll be checking that out tomorrow!

Flushing Meadows Park

We went to Flushing Meadow Park today to see the gigantic globe... its a lot bigger than I thought it was! This park is also where the world fair is held, and is home to the Queens Museum of Art (which we enjoyed as well!)

New loft!

David and I moved in to our new loft space off the Myrtle/Wyckoff stop. We are so in love with it! It HUGE and very CHEAP, and is only a 10-15min trip on the L or M to the city. We still have a few things to organize. but we are, for the most part, settled in!
